8n tractors are also known as the “Red Belly” tractors because of their dark red iron cast chassis. 8n tractors were introduced in the years 1947 – 1952 in Dearborn, Michigan. Recently 8n tractors celebrated its 60th birthday.

Have changed over to 12 volts and resistors inside the cable to the coil. buy a new coil last year and mechanic said that this coil will do away with a piece of resistors. today i can not tractor to fire, whether this means the coil burned out or switch on the engine cold?
